| Broker's Comments
This is a decent sized, professionally built motor sailer and perfectly suitable as a live aboard. The hull and rig appear in good order. Much work has already done on the hull deck and superstructure but it needs finishing, mostly on the inside. The slight mix of photos reflects on going work.
A live aboard mooring may be available.
This boat has been viewed and photographed by Steven of Boatshed Falmouth.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
