| Broker's Comments
This boat has been viewed and photographed by Josh Flavell of Boatshed Plymouth.
Having seen some of the owners pictures of her on the web before arriving my expectations were very high and I 'am pleased to say not dashed.
She was bought by the current owner 6 years ago and has had no expense spared on her fit out including all new decks in 2002 and the hull fully splined.
It was the quality of both joinery and beauty of this gaff that had me spending an enjoyable few hours aboard and just as I thought I'd seen all she had to offer as I was leaving she threw me one more surprise with the Flair of her decks, rising about 1' 1/2" from the fwd end of the cockpit to the bow, absolutely stunning and at this price you will be very hard pushed to find boat in similar condition.
